DIESEL EGR 3 AIR CLEANING SYSTEM CLEANER, INLET VALVES, AIR FLOW SENSOR, EGR (VLOG) AND TURBINE IN AEROSOLE.
Wynns Diesel EGR 3 is an aerosol product designed to clean the air intake system of all diesel engines. Provides immediate cleaning of the air intake system, air flow sensor, intake valves, EGR system. Powerful spraying, enhances the cleaning effect. Dissolves resin, carbon black, graphite. Easy to use, cleaning takes 5-10 minutes. with minimal need for disassembling of parts. Restores perfect air supply to the combustion chamber. Ensures stable operation at idle. Restores and maintains optimal engine performance and fuel consumption. Eliminates engine start problems. Improves acceleration. Reduces black exhaust. Safe for catalytic converters and diesel particulate filter (DPF). APPLICABILITY For the air intake system, intake valves, air flow sensor, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR), EGR valve (SRAG), as well as turbines of all diesel engines. In addition, it is recommended to use it at every service to maintain the cleanliness of all systems.
A. Cleaning the intake manifold, flow sensor
air and intake valves.
Start the engine and warm it up.
Remove the flexible pipe of the air intake system,
located between the turbocharger /
intercooler and air intake manifold.
The engine must be idling.
With a warm engine, spray the product in
air intake manifold. Do not spray
directly into the intercooler. Spray in short intervals of 1 to 2 seconds.
Wait for smooth engine idling to resume after each injection.
During spraying, RPM can rise or fall. The characteristic “diesel knock” may increase. This is due to the addition of the agent and the change in the air / fuel ratio.
Don't increase the speed !! Even if they fall !!
Continue processing until 200 ml of product runs out.
Let the engine idle for 10 minutes.
Stop the engine. Replace the nipple.
After idling, drive 5-10 km without overloading the engine.
Run the engine for at least 1 minute before stopping the engine.
B. Cleaning the intake manifold before the turbocharger and the compressor section of the turbocharger
Proceed as described in Method A, but spray the product in front of the turbine. You may need to remove the air filter.
C. Preventive cleaning of the EGR valve
C1. If the valve is close to the connection to the pipe,
proceed as described in method A.
C2. If the valve is far from the connection to the branch pipe,
it is necessary to use an additional extension extension
(sold separately), proceed as described in Method A.
D. Complete cleaning of very dirty EGR valve
Remove and disassemble the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation (Body)) valve.
Spray the agent directly onto the valve, valve body and other components until they become very wet.
Let the product work for a few minutes.
Spray the cleaner on these parts until all dirt is removed.
When cleaning, you can use a cloth or paper towels to remove stubborn dirt.
Dry the parts with compressed air, a piece of cloth or paper towels.
Assemble the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation (Housing)) valve and refit it.
Periodicity
Method A, B, and C
Each TO (15,000-20,000 km)
Method D
When cleaning a high-mileage vehicle for the first time.
