RESTART Antioke Super is a highly effective composition designed to quickly (within 15–30 minutes) remove coke and deposited carbon atoms distributed in the zones for the piston-cylinder group and the combustion chamber in order to recover and remove oils during combustion. Calculation of the required amount of composition:
This package containing 250 ml of the composition is designed for an engine of up to 2.5 liters with vertically arranged cylinders. For cars with an engine capacity of more than 2.5 liters, it is necessary to apply the composition at a speed of 100 ml of the composition per 1 liter of the displacement cylinder, rounding the result up. For engines with an inclined arrangement of cylinders (V-shaped or inclined in one direction), as well as with the number of outlets in the lower part of the pistons, the number of compositions should be increased by 1.5-2 times. The number of compounds used to dig out the engine is divided into equal parts for all cylinders and poured into them through the openings for the candles.
â To track excavation performance, you can measure
compression in the cylinders before and after.
Before excavation, clean the engine sump on the inside of the paint if it is painted!
Engine excavation order:
1. Warm up the engine to operating temperature and switch off the ignition.
2. Turn off spark plugs (for diesel engines - glow plugs or nozzles).
3. Pistons in average condition, about one horizontal line. If this is difficult, skip this paragraph.
4. Using a syringe with a tube, pour into each cylinder the same amount of composition through the holes for the candle (according to the above calculation).
5. Turn the spark plugs (glow plugs, nozzles) by half, so that the evaporating composition cleans the combustion chamber and does not come out (fumes of the composition ignite and are harmful by inhalation).
6. Leave the engine in this condition for 15-30 minutes. To achieve the best effect, it is recommended to push the pistons up and down 2-3 times during excavations (for example, using a wrench of an attached engine pulley attached to a nut).
7. After some time, unscrew the candles and carefully remove the composition with a syringe and tube from the cylinders. If you can’t lower the whole train, start the engine for 5-10 seconds using the starter, having previously turned off the engine ignition system (for example, remove the plug from the ignition coil or Hall sensor). Cover the candle openings with rags to prevent the rest of the composition from splashing.
8. Screw on the spark plugs (nozzles), install all wires and other parts in place.
9. Start the engine and hold it at medium speed for 10 minutes so that the composition flowing in the engine sump dissolves dirt in the lubrication system.
10. Replace engine oil with high-quality flushing oil (flushing fluid) before refilling new oil.
11. Start normal operation of the vehicle.
• If the oil has recently been replaced, drain the engine oil into a clean container before digging and fill the motor with flushing oil. After completing the steps described in steps 1–9, drain the flushing oil, replace the oil filter, and fill the engine with used engine oil.
• It is recommended to unscrew the engine at least 50 thousand km. mileage and when using low-grade oils and fuels after 20-30 thousand km, as well as after cases of engine overheating.
• If the oil system is very dirty and / or the oil consumption is high, it is recommended to pour 350 m³ of Restart oil into Restart oil.
