Grease for calipers MC 1600

High temperature grease for automotive brake systems. Provides mobility of caliper parts, uniform wear of pads, reduces braking distance.

PROPERTIES:

- Wide temperature range: from -50 ° С to + 1000 ° С;
- Anticorrosion properties;
- Protection of parts of the brake system from burning;
- Protection of rubber parts of the caliper from deformation;
- Resistance to leaching with water;
- Protection against the effects of salt and dirt;
- Does not interact with brake fluids of the DOT 3, DOT 4, DOT 5.1 class

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Do not use with DOT 5.0 brake fluid

Lubrication will last until the next pad replacement.

When changing pads, lubricate:

1. Non-working and end surfaces of the pads

Application of the MC 1600 to the non-working sides of the pads prevents brake squeaking. It is applied in a thin layer to the previously cleaned surface and its end parts.

Caution: Do not use on the working surfaces of brake pads and brake discs!

2. Guides

The machining of the guides protects against corrosion, prevents jamming and facilitates assembly and disassembly. .

MC1600 grease is a professional tool,
requiring compliance with the rules of application: apply a thin layer on clean surfaces.

3. Piston

Piston treatment protects against corrosion and prevents jamming of brake parts. Grease is applied to the top of the piston under the cuff using a medical syringe.

CONSUMPTION 5 g of MS 1600 is enough to process one set of pads.
