Raskartovka ANTIKOKS RESTART
Designed for coking of piston rings and cleaning the engine of coke deposits and carbon deposits. It is used to quickly restore the technical parameters of the engine, as well as for prevention. Effectively cleans piston grooves, restoring the mobility of the rings and improving their fit to the cylinders. Cleans combustion chamber parts and flushes oil channels.
"Antikoks RESTART" is made in capacities of 350 ml. The drug must be used on the basis of: at least 100 ml of the composition per 1 liter of cylinder displacement, for engines with a vertical arrangement of cylinders. For engines with an inclined arrangement of cylinders (V-shaped or inclined in one direction), as well as having significant recesses in the piston bottoms, the amount of composition must be increased by 1.5 - 2 times. The amount of the composition used to deoxidize the engine is divided in equal parts to all cylinders, and poured into them through the spark plug holes. To control the efficiency of coking, one can measure the compression in the cylinders before and after it.
Processing order
1) Warm up the engine to operating temperature and switch off by turning off the ignition.
2) Unscrew the spark plugs (for diesel engines - glow plugs or nozzles).
6) Leave the engine in this condition for 2 hours. For engines with increased oil consumption or reduced compression, in order to obtain a better effect, it is recommended to slightly move the pistons up and down 2-3 times during coking (for example, for cars with a manual gearbox, engage 4th or 5th gear and shake the car forward 5-6 times -Back), or leave the engine with the flooded composition for 4 -8 hours. If necessary, you can leave the engine for a longer period (for example, at night) - this will not harm him.
7) After the specified amount of time, unscrew the candles and carefully pump out the remaining composition there with a syringe and tube from the cylinders. If you can’t pump out the entire structure, then crank the engine for 5-10 seconds with a starter, after inserting the candles into the ends of the wires and shorting them to ground. Cover the candle openings with a rag to prevent splashing of the remains of the composition.
8) Wrap candles (nozzles), install in their place all the dismantled wires and other parts.
10) Change the engine oil using high-quality flushing fluid before adding new oil.
11) Start normal operation of the vehicle.
*) If the oil change was carried out recently, then before starting sizing, drain the engine oil into a clean container and fill the engine with flushing oil. After completing the steps described in paragraphs 1–9, drain the flushing oil, change the oil filter, and fill the engine with drained engine oil. It is recommended to carry out engine coking at least after 50,000 km of the vehicle’s run, and when using low-grade oils and fuel after 20-30,000 km, and after cases of engine overheating. With significant wear of the rings and cylinders, the compression after coking can not be fully restored. In this case, we recommend using RESTART protective and recovery compound for the engine or another similar high-quality preparation after deoxidation.
