Bardahl EGR Valve Cleaning KIT
Bardahl EGR Valve Cleaning KIT exhaust gas recirculation kit. The kit includes the Bardahl EGR Valve Cleaner Recirculation System Spray Cleaner and the Bardahl EGR Valve Diesel Additive Diesel Additive.

Application
Aerosol cleaner recirculation system BARDAHL EGR VALVE CLEANER It is important that when using the product, the engine should be warmed up to operating temperature.
Start the engine and let it run until it reaches operating temperature. Set idle at 2000 rpm.
Disconnect the manifold inlet pipe and spray 4 or 5 servings of the cleaner with short presses, lasting no more than 1 second, as close as possible to the EGR valve. Wait 1 minute, and then do several accelerations with an accelerator (from 2000 to 3000 rpm).
Continue spraying using steps 1 and 2 until the can is empty at short intervals between every tenth press.
No sound should be heard of detonation caused by an over-enriched fuel-air mixture, especially for diesel engines on which detonation does not need an ignition spark. If such sounds appear, then block the inlet pipe of the manifold to accelerate the combustion of the product.
Additive in diesel fuel for cleaning the recirculation valve BARDAHL EGR VALVE DIESEL ADDITIVE
After aerosol treatment to completely clean the recirculation system, pour a jar of 300 ml BARDAHL EGR VALVE DIESEL ADDITIVE into the tank before refueling (to improve mixing of the product), based on 20 liters of fuel. Roll out fuel in intensive mode.
For long-term maintenance of a clean state, it is recommended to use the Bardahl Diesel Injection Cleaner every 5000 km.
