High-quality alkyd enamel is used for painting calipers and brake drums of cars and motorcycles. It contains components that increase the resistance of the paintwork to the abrasive effects of sand, flying stones, the corrosive effects of water and solutions of road reagents. It has excellent gloss, excellent adhesion to the painted surface, good hiding power, weather resistance and heat resistance up to + 120 ° С. Enamel on metal is allowed without prior priming.
In order to avoid traces of aerosol, it is recommended to protect surfaces that cannot be painted.
For best results, enamel should be applied at an ambient temperature of at least + 10 ° C.
Shake the bottle vigorously for 2-3 minutes before use.
Enamel is applied on a clean, dry and fat free surface. To degrease the surface, it is recommended to use the “KUDO® Silicone Remover”.
Enamel is applied from a distance of 20-30 cm in 2-3 layers with intermediate drying for 10-15 minutes at a temperature of + 20 ° С.
The time of complete drying at a temperature of + 20 ° C is 24 hours.
