Description Epoxy adhesive 1NEW® is a two-component adhesive. Creates a colorless, waterproof joint upon bonding and provides exceptional tensile strength. It is used for the repair of glass, porcelain, ceramics, metal, cork, hard plastic, stone, concrete, wood, fiberglass products. Not suitable for polyethylene, polypropylene, rubber, PVC, silicone, nylon. After hardening, machining and painting is possible.
Method of application 1. For a better surface finish, clean and degrease, use at temperatures above 5 oC. 2. Squeeze out an equal amount of base and hardener from the tubes. Mix both components thoroughly with a spatula until smooth. 3. Apply the composition to both surfaces to be glued, squeeze them and fix in a motionless state until the initial setting. Remove excess glue with a solvent. 4. Do not expose the parts to be bonded until fully seized. Initial setting after 4 minutes. Full setting - after 2 hours.
