Scotch 1601 is a transparent insulating alkyd-based aerosol spray. It is applied as a protective coating on the electrical contacts of switching and distribution devices, switches and other electrical parts. Resistant to weather conditions, UV, acids, oils and alkalis, has a high dielectric strength. "Hardening", forms a flexible and durable film, which has excellent adhesion to most common surfaces, such as metal, glass, plastic, wood, etc.
