HUSKEY FG-1800 PTFE THREAD SEALANT COMPOUND grease 255g

Paste (compound) HUSKEY FG-1800 is a premium quality, synthetic, non-drying, non-toxic sealing (thread) lubricant and extreme pressure paste for the food and other industries. Contains a balanced blend of polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon) and other solid lubricating additives, homogenized into a special non-melting grease. The paste is NSF H1, KOSHER and CFIA certified, which makes it fully suitable for use in food or medical equipment, where accidental contact with food or drinking water is possible. Designed to provide a reliable leak-proof seal for the entire life of the joint, yet the paste's anti-seize capabilities make it easy to disassemble the joint without damaging the threads. Does not contain any solvents, lead, graphite or bentonite fillers and is safe for the environment. It is compatible with most known elastomers and thermoplastics.
APPLICATION
Reliable, quality thread sealant for pipelines carrying numerous types of liquids and gases, including water, steam, oils, polypropylene glycol, solvents, fuels, acids, air, natural gas, LPG, LPG and others. Due to its excellent anti-seize and lubricating properties, the paste protects threaded connections from seizure even at high temperatures, and ensures easy disassembly. The paste is used for threads on cast iron, galvanized steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, aluminum, polyvinyl chloride and glass fiber reinforced pipes. It is also used as part of gaskets, for example to lubricate paranite gaskets installed between flanges to prevent the gaskets from sticking. Note: On connections with cylindrical pipe threads in accordance with GOST 6357-81, the paste is applied with a reel of combed flax or asbestos cord, depending on the temperature of the medium transported through the pipeline.
WORKING TEMPERATURE
