TYPICAL APPLICATION
Seals closed valve joints between rigid metal surfaces and flanges. Special

chemical resistance.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. The surfaces must be free from oils, greases and
mud. Use Brake & Parts Cleaner
Permatex® to remove oils and Permatex® Gasket Cleaner to remove old gaskets.
2. Apply with continuous roller to one side
flange.
3. Collect the parts. The flanges must be tightened as
as soon as possible to avoid jamming.
4. Tighten to the required torque.
5. Parts are ready for use after one hour.
For the cleaning
1. Remove excess material with a dry cloth.
2. Wash your hands with Fast Orange Hand Cleaner

or soap and water.
For disassembly
1. For small parts, heat them to the temperature
200-230 ° C.
