Teflon thread sealant -
it is a soft white fast-acting lubricating paste with
light smell of alcohol, designed to protect pipes,
fittings and threaded connections from leaks and
weakening. Withstands working pressure in air,
oil, gas pipelines and hydraulic systems.
Lubricates threads for faster and easier assembly and
disassembly. Prevents abrasion and corrosion. Not
breaks and does not disintegrate, unlike tapes. Preserves
plasticity over a wide temperature range and
outperforms other lubricants for
pipes.
ADVANTAGES
• Easy to use
• Does not drip
• Effective at pressures up to 5000 PSI
• High temperature resistance
APPLICATION AREA
• Air conditioner fittings
• Fittings for high temperature systems
• Hydraulic fittings
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1. Clean the threads from dirt and corrosion
2. Apply to male threads.
3. Rub the sealant into the thread grooves with a brush.
or a spatula.
4. Collect the parts.
5. 24 hours after installation can be done
adjustment without harming the sealant.
6. Wipe off excess damp sealant with a dry cloth.
Dried sealant can be peeled off.
