Pipeline thread sealant
high pressure specially designed for fast
bonding and responsive curing of threaded and others
connections of metal pipelines. Sealant
is a homogeneous paste-like compound
with Teflon additives
providing it
lubricating properties for a more comfortable
mounting and tightening fasteners. Permatex
Sealant
threaded connections of high pressure pipelines
replaces Teflon insulating tapes
and thick lubricants
for pipelines. The sealant is capable of
vulcanize for a short time
time and pressure up to 10,000 psi
in
within 24 hours. Helps reduce wear and
protection of the contacting surfaces of the threaded
compounds against rust and corrosion.
Sealant cures when inaccessible
air between two tightly pressed to each other
metal surfaces. The product may not
compatible with some thermoplastic materials.
PRODUCT ADVANTAGES
• "Grabbed" in a short period of time
• Reduces wear and prevents corrosion
• Adjustable tightening force
• Resistance to adverse effects
temperatures and solvents
• Immediately after use withstands low
pressure
• Contains Teflon
APPLIES
• Stainless steel connections
• To fit the head of the bolt into the through holes
• Sensors / sensors for oil pressure
• Piping oil and cooling systems
• Piping connections of the hydraulic system
• Pipeline connections of the brake system
• Piping connections of the transmission system
• Piping connections of the take-off mechanism
power
• Piping system connections
air conditioning
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1. For best results, clean
surfaces from dirt and lubricants.
2. Spread the sealant over the entire thread surface.
3. Assemble and fasten the connections according to the prescribed individual
technical requirements.
4. The best vulcanization of the sealant occurs when
its location in shallow threaded connections.
5. Excessively large depth of grooves of the threaded
connections can significantly increase the time
drying out and reduce the strength of the connection.
6. For maximum strength
compounds and solvent resistance
it is recommended to withstand it for 24 hours, not
subjecting it to significant pressure.
7. The sealant is specially designed for
providing the ability to adjust the strength
friction (torque / tightening
forces) during the installation of connections.
