Forsan Nanoceramics for TWO-STROKE ENGINE
Forsan Nanoceramics for TWO-STROKE GEL ENGINE is a product of nanotechnology,
providing restoration and protection of parts of the internal combustion engine of scooters and gasoline-powered tools.
Designed for addressable CPU processing, compatible with any type of oils for 2-stroke engines. Suitable for
use on internal combustion engines with compression below 6 kgf / cm2 and very difficult starting.

Processing procedure
The engine is processed in TWO STAGES through the spark plug holes of the two-stroke engine
internal combustion (ICE) with an interval between treatments of 500-700 kilometers (or 15-20
hours / fuel tool tanks).
The use of targeted treatment of engines of motor vehicles is effective both when running in a new or
restoration of an already worn-out cylinder-piston group, and to increase the wear resistance of the unit.
FORSAN is applied directly to the piston and then spreads over its entire surface and surface
cylinder.

The order of processing at each stage
1. Prepare a syringe for processing
2. Warm up the engine to operating temperature.
3. Make sure the syringe containing the "Forsan 2-stroke" content is heated to a temperature not lower than
room
4. Remove the protective cap from the syringe tip and place the tubing (supplied) over it.
5. Draw up 9 ml. 2-stroke engine oil (used for this type of engine)
into the syringe.
6. Select the syringe plunger for the maximum volume, close the nozzle and shake it vigorously
within 1-2 minutes until the gel is completely dissolved in oil (to accelerate dissolution, it is possible to heat
syringe with contents in warm water2).
7. Remove the spark plug.
8. Enter the contents of the syringe into the spark plug hole of each cylinder (if there are several) (see table
dosage) in two or three stages with intermediate running-in (see points No. 9 and No. 10).
9. Without putting on the wires, put the spark plug in place and, without turning on the ignition, press the pedal or
pull out the starter cord for 15 minutes (at least 50 times). If it's a motorcycle or scooter, you can turn on
the first transfer and manually hold the device several tens of meters, as well as forcibly (with
using, for example, an electric tool) ensure the rotation of the shaft in different directions and at different
speeds for 5-10 minutes 3.
10. During running-in, it is desirable to change the positions of the cylinder-piston group and / or
cylinder vertically, to ensure uniform spreading of the mixture inside over the entire surface.
11. Let the engine idle for 1 minute, then stop for 5 minutes. Repeat this
the operation five times, then leave the engine to idle for 30 minutes.
Attention! - The preparation for two-stroke engines "FORSAN nanoceramics FOR TWO-STROKE ENGINES" is produced in
the form of a concentrate for subsequent mixing with 2-T oil. Application in pure form is not allowed.
