Dry lubrication (anti-friction coating) EFELE AF-511

EFELE AF-511 antifriction coating is similar to paints, but instead of a coloring pigment, it contains a highly dispersed powder of molybdenum disulfide and graphite, evenly distributed in a mixture of titanate binder and solvents.

Dry grease will cure at room temperature. After application of an anti-friction coating, the solvent evaporates, and the binder forms a polymer matrix, which firmly holds the particles of solid lubricants on the surface.

By filling the cavities with microroughnesses of the surface, molybdenum disulfide and graphite provide low and stable friction even at extreme contact pressures, and prevents seizure, scuffing and galling.

EFELE AF-511 dry grease operates in a dusty environment at temperatures from -180 to +450 ° C, provides smooth movement without jerking, does not squeeze out of the application sites, and prevents frictional wear.
