Shore A hardness (DIN 53505): ~ 40
Tensile strength (DIN 53504): 1.8 N / mm²
Elongation to break (DIN 53504): ~ 500%
Pull-off strength (DIN 53515): ~ 6 N / mm
Elongation, compression during operation: ~ 15%
Bulk resistance (DIN 53482): ~ 10 GΩ × cm
Glass formation temperature: ~ -45 ° С
Heat resistance: -40 ... + 90 ° C (within 8 hours up to +120 ° C)
Resistance to: water, seawater, lime water, waste water, weak acids and alkalis
Temporary resistance: to fuels, mineral oils, vegetable and animal fats
Mode of application
The pre-opened cartridge is inserted into a hand or air gun for applying sealants (eg art. 0891.300.310), a replaceable nozzle is screwed on and the compound is applied to the surfaces to be sealed or glued. Before use on metals, it is recommended to apply a metal primer art. 0890.100.61, and prior to use on wood and concrete, use primer art. 0890.100.62. To accelerate the polymerization, it is recommended to pre-treat the surfaces with activator art. 0890.100.60. To remove sealant residues, use the remover art. 0890.100.63.
Application area
Designed for a wide range of applications in bonding and sealing materials such as metals, wood, stone, brick, concrete and plastics (polyester, heavy PVC).
Attention!
Avoid contact with alkyd polymer paints. Do not fill the gaps in the glass ends where UV rays are reflected. Direct sunlight can cause yellowing of the surface. Not suitable for bonding polyethylene, polyurethane, polytetrafluoroethylene, silicone seals.
