"Windshield repair kit"
Contents of the set: Syringe with repair compound - 1 pc., Stand - 1 pc.,
Self-adhesive disc - 1 piece, or suction cup - 1 piece, without self-adhesive disc.
Attention: It is recommended to carry out renovations outdoors in a sunny and clear
weather (indoors - using an ultraviolet lamp).
1. Clean the damaged area with glass cleaner or soapy water.
Dry the surface. The repair site must be clean and dry.
2. Put a cloth at the bottom of the windshield under the damage (on the hood)
to prevent the repair compound from dripping onto the painted surfaces because
the composition can corrode the paint.
3. Extrude the hole in the middle of the self-adhesive disc. Remove the protective
tape on one side of the disc. Align the hole in the disc with the center
damage (tongue up). Press the disc against the glass.
4. Remove the protective film from the other side of the self-adhesive disc.
Place the stand against the disc so that the tabs on the disc and the stand are aligned.
Press the stand FIRM against the disc.
5. Remove the syringe cap and firmly insert the syringe into the rack.
6. Hold the syringe with one hand. Pull the piston gently with the other hand until
until the plunger rests against the stopper inside the syringe. Wait about 10
seconds, and then quickly release the plunger. Repeat this procedure 10 more times.
7. Inspect the damage from the car (you may need a flashlight).
If air bubbles remain, repeat steps 6 and 7.
8. Without pulling out the syringe - wait 30 minutes for the repair
composition - direct sunlight should fall on the place of repair. (When
cloudy weather needs to wait 1 hour).
9. Remove the syringe from the stand. Remove the stand and self-adhesive disc from
glass. Use tweezers or a knife if necessary.
10. Remove excess compound with glass cleaner.
NOTE: This product is recommended for repairing damage such as
"Bullseye" (chips). It is NOT RECOMMENDED for repairing damage type
