Foam sizing of Valera 400ml
Innovative foam sizing for cleaning valves, intake duct, combustion chamber, compression piston rings.
What's new in this product?
The first is stable foam. Foam settles more slowly, and therefore, longer contact with carbon deposits on the walls.
Benefits
1. STABLE FOAM
Foam settles more slowly, and therefore, it is in contact with carbon deposits on the walls longer.
2. ACTIVE FOAM
The product works exactly in the state of foam, in contrast to its Japanese counterpart Shumma, which quickly turns into liquid and settles on the valves. The stable and active foam cleans the upper part of the combustion chamber, which is left unattended.
3. PROCESSING BY FORMULA 5 * 5
The maximum cleaning efficiency is achieved by treating the cylinders 5 times for 5 minutes. The total processing time is 25 minutes.
4. ECONOMY
1 bottle of 400 ml is enough for only 12 cylinders.
For example, one bottle is enough for you to clean 3 four-cylinder or 2 six-cylinder engines. While the imported analogue will be able to wash only one 6-cylinder engine.
For cleaning the combustion chamber
Warm up the internal combustion engine to operating temperature. Remove the coils and spark plugs. Set pistons to center position. The engine should be warm, but not hot.
Spray the compound into the candle well until it is completely filled with foam.
After the foam has settled, allow the composition to react with carbon deposits for 5-7 minutes, then repeat steps 2 and 3. 5 repetitions are recommended.
Pump off the remaining composition with contamination using a tube and a syringe, blow with compressed air.
Cover all spark plug holes with a rag to prevent splashing.
Crank the engine with a starter for 10 seconds.
Install all spark plugs and ignition coils.
Start the engine and let it run for 5 minutes. Thick smoke may come out of the exhaust pipe. It is necessary to raise the engine speed several times to 3000-4000 rpm until the smoke becomes less saturated.
On heavily contaminated internal combustion engines, it is recommended to repeat the procedure after 10 thousand km.
It is advisable to replace the engine oil and filter. To protect and restore the internal combustion engine from wear, we recommend using RESURS metal-cladding compounds (4302).
To clean the intake manifold
Warm up the internal combustion engine to operating temperature, disconnect the plastic part of the intake manifold. The engine should be warm, but not hot.
It is recommended to set the valves to be machined to the closed position.
Spray the compound into the intake manifold of the cylinder head until it is completely filled with foam.
After the foam has settled, allow the composition to react with carbon deposits for 5-7 minutes, then repeat steps 3 and 4. 5 repetitions are recommended.
Remove the remnants of the composition with contamination with a rag, then blow the collector with compressed air, covering the wells with a rag. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, mucous membranes.
Assemble the intake manifold, after which it is recommended to clean the combustion chamber.
