Terms of ServiceAll of our products ordered through autodoctorrussia.ecrater.com are warranted for 30 days from the date your order was received. This warranty covers any electrical, mechanical malfunctions, damage during transport * or a manufacturing defect. If the product is returned under the same conditions in which it was sent to you (including the original packaging, manuals and accessories) and there is no sign of use.
* Damage during delivery must be reported within the first 7 days after receiving the order to confirm the warranty.
In case of malfunctions, damage and defects:
Shipping costs, both for the return of the damaged product, and for the replacement that we will send to you, are completely at our expense.
In the event of a return for any other reason (if it did not fit your car, if you did not like it, etc.), then sending at your expense.
If, due to lack of stock, you decide to accept another replacement product as a replacement and at a price different from the one you purchased in case of:
a) replacement is cheaper: we will give you a difference coupon, which will be used at the time of purchase. later.
b) Replacement is more expensive: you will need to pay the difference so that we can send it to you.
The replacement will have the same guarantee from the day it is received.
In the event of a return, if they reach us in the same conditions in which they were sent to you:
You will be refunded 100% of the cost of the product, either in the form of a coupon, which will be used for future purchases, or as a refund through the same payment method that you used to complete the purchase.
In an ideal world, the stocks that we have registered in our system will be 100% consistent with the stocks that we have in our warehouses. However, in such an operation, when thousands of products are moved every day, it may happen that, when preparing your order for sending to us, we understand that some of the products you ordered have exhausted us. In this case, we will contact you to inform you of this and let you know if you prefer:
a) wait until they replenish us to send you all together;
b) replace it with another product (in this case you will need to cover the difference if it is more expensive, or we will refund you if it is cheaper); or
c) that we will send you what we already have, and the rest separately when it arrives (no additional shipping cost for you).
