MANNOL 9873 Intake Valve Cleaner
MANNOL Intake Valve Cleaner is an effective tool for removing greasy and crusted deposits on valves in the air intake and around the throttle. During daily operation, oil and soot sediments gradually accumulate on the exhaust gas recirculation and idle valves, which impede air flow. It reduces engine power and acceleration, causes uneven idling speeds, and also significantly increases fuel consumption. Spray without dismantling cleans even inaccessible places in the intake tract.
Application: Spray the throttle cleaner with the engine running for 30 seconds into the carburetor or air filter / mass air flow meter. Deposits are cleaned to valves. Do not spray on painted surfaces.
The main signs of a contaminated throttle or contaminated exhaust gas recirculation valve are:
Engine performance during start-up and idling deteriorates, as evidenced by a quivering rev counter.
When you press the clutch during movement revolutions are reduced slowly.
Black smoke from the exhaust pipe.
Clean the workpieces from contamination. Then spray the product from a distance of about 20 cm onto the surface to be treated and let it absorb well.
