EFFECTS FROM APPLICATION
Being in the gear oil, the GUR composition creates the conditions under which a metal protective layer is formed on the friction surfaces. This layer partially restores the worn parts of the hydraulic booster pump, optimizes the gaps, allows you to keep a denser oil layer on their surface, and cleans the spool mechanism.
This allows you to normalize the operation of the unit, restore the pressure of the pump, which leads to a number of positive effects:
The rotation of the steering wheel is facilitated. Normalization of the pump gives an increase in pressure up to three kilograms, which greatly facilitates the rotation of the steering wheel;
Noise and vibration are reduced. Recovery of the hydraulic booster pump, cleaning of the bypass valves reduce noise and vibration during hydraulic booster operation;
Extends the life of the hydraulic booster. Restoration of worn parts, protection against wear at high loads and high ambient temperatures prolongs the unit's life by 1.5-2 times.
Power steering processing is performed as follows:
Thoroughly mix the vial with the composition so that the sediment at the bottom is distributed over the entire volume of liquid.
Add the “GUR” composition to the hydraulic booster tank at the rate of 30 ml of the composition per 1 liter of GUR liquid (see the markings on the label section).
Not later than 10 minutes after adding the composition, make a trip by car for 20-30 minutes in normal operation.
Immediately after adding the composition, the machine can be used in normal operation.
Attention! After 200 km, it is necessary to replace the power steering fluid.
In the absence of effect, repeated use of the "GUR" composition is allowed.
At the second stage, the processing of the power steering is performed as follows:
Stir the remainder of the composition in the vial to distribute the sediment throughout the volume of liquid.
Add the “GUR” composition to the hydraulic booster tank at the rate of 30 ml of the composition per 1 liter of liquid in the “GUR”.
