Foam raskoksovka engine Valera
Innovative foam sizing for cleaning valves, intake duct, combustion chamber, compression piston rings 210ml
Cleans better with 5 wetting cycles
dissolution and washing off of a deposit.
To clean the combustion chamber
Warm the engine to operating temperature. Remove the coils and spark plugs. Set the pistons in the middle position. The engine should be warm, but not hot.
Spray the composition into the candle well until it is completely filled with foam.
After the sedimentation of the foam, allow the composition to react with soot for 5-7 minutes, then repeat step 2 and step 3. 5 repetitions are recommended.
Pump out the remaining contaminants with a tube and syringe, blow with compressed air.
Cover all candle openings with rags to prevent liquid from splashing.
Rotate the engine with the starter for 10 seconds.
Install all spark plugs and ignition coils.
Start the engine and let it run for 5 minutes. Thick smoke may escape from the exhaust pipe. It is necessary to raise the engine speed several times to 3000-4000 rpm. Until the smoke becomes less saturated.
On highly contaminated internal combustion engines, it is recommended to repeat the procedure after 10 thousand km.
It is advisable to replace the engine oil and filter. To protect and restore against engine wear, we recommend applying RESURS (4302) metal cladding compounds.
To clean the intake manifold
Warm the engine to operating temperature, disconnect the plastic part of the intake manifold. The engine should be warm, but not hot.
It is recommended that the valve being machined be in the closed position.
Spray the composition into the intake manifold of the cylinder head until it is completely filled with foam.
After the sedimentation of the foam, allow the composition to react with soot for 5-7 minutes, then repeat step 3 and step 4. 5 repetitions are recommended.
Remove the remaining contaminants with a rag, then blow off the collector with compressed air, covering the wells with rags. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, mucous membranes.
Assemble the intake manifold, after which it is recommended to clean the combustion chamber.
