The procedure is carried out with a mandatory oil change
The kit includes detailed instructions for the use of carbonizing, extension tube
ML203 NOVATOR engine decoking is a reinforced composition for quick and effective cleaning of pistons, compression and oil scraper rings from persistent tar-coke and carbon deposits. Thanks to its high penetrating power, ML203 softens and removes dirt in one hour. As a result, oil consumption is normalized, compression in the cylinders is equalized, and the traction and speed characteristics of the engine are restored. Suitable for all types of gasoline and diesel engines, including vehicles with high mileage.
Engine decarbonizer ML203 NOVATOR is intended both for independent use and as a service tool.
For a better effect of the composition, warm up the engine to operating temperature (not lower than 70 ° C).
Switch off the ignition system (for example, disconnect the ignition coil terminal). This will prevent the failure of the high-voltage part of the ignition system and the possible ignition of the drug vapors.
For a gasoline engine, remove the spark plugs. For diesel - glow plugs or nozzles.
Set the pistons to a position close to the middle position by turning the crankshaft by the pulley nut or by using the drive wheel with the gear engaged (on vehicles with a manual transmission). You can determine the position of the pistons through the technological holes with a long probe.
Distribute the fluid evenly over the cylinders using the extension tube. Close the technological holes to form a "steam bath" in the combustion chambers - for example, screw the candles in a few turns.
Leave the decarbonizer to act for 30 minutes. For heavily soiled engines, increase the time to 60 minutes. It is recommended to periodically move the pistons slightly up and down for better penetration of the composition. Do not exceed the recommended exposure time and keep the oil change interval as short as possible to maintain the integrity of the oil pan paintwork.
Free the technological holes, remove the liquid from the combustion chambers as completely as possible with a syringe with an extension tube and blow the cylinders with compressed air (up to 3 bar). Again, close the technological holes with a dense cloth to prevent splashing of the composition, fully depress the accelerator pedal and turn the engine shaft with the starter 2-3 times for 5 seconds.
On engines with a volume of more than 2,000 cm3, it is recommended to turn off the fuel supply system, since when the engine is turned by the starter with the power supply system turned on, fuel vapors can ignite in the resonator.
Remove used oil from the engine as completely as possible using the most efficient method for your vehicle. Change the oil filter and fill with new oil.
Install the dismantled components and parts, make sure the assembly is correct.
After cleaning the first 5 - 10 kilometers, do not load the engine with high speeds.
Use with caution on engines with extreme wear and a heavily contaminated lubrication system.
